The palletizing and conveying line is an automatic supporting equipment at the back end of the dry mix mortar production line, integrating belt conveying, bag leveling, weight re-inspection, automatic palletizing, pallet conveying and finished product stacking. It can be connected with various valve bag packing machines to realize fully automatic unmanned operation of bagged mortar from discharging, conveying and detection to palletizing and warehousing. Adopting modular steel frame structure, the equipment operates stably with accurate positioning and high palletizing regularity. It is suitable for 20–50kg bagged dry powder materials, supports multi-layer stacking and automatic pallet replacement. It greatly replaces manual palletizing, reduces labor costs and improves storage and transportation efficiency, and supports two modes of small and medium manipulator palletizing and large robot full-automatic palletizing.
