The pneumatic air blow valve bag packing machine is a special powder packaging equipment powered by compressed air. It is mainly suitable for dry powder materials with poor fluidity, superfine texture, light weight and easy caking, perfectly solving the problems of material blockage, dust emission and unstable packaging of impeller packing machines. The equipment fluidizes and suspends the powder in the silo through compressed air and feeds materials by air flow pushing. Matched with a high-precision pressure-sensing weighing system, it automatically completes the whole process of feeding, weighing, material cutting and bag releasing. With a built-in air return dust recovery system, the packaging station has little dust and is environmentally friendly. It has stable weighing accuracy and is suitable for various 20–50kg valve bags, being a special packaging equipment for special powders such as gypsum mortar, waterproof mortar and superfine putty powder.
Working Principle: Compressed air enters the silo to fluidize and activate dry powder, and the air flow carries materials into valve bags at a constant speed; the weighing sensor collects weight data in real time. When reaching the set rated weight, the control system automatically cuts off the air path and stops feeding, the cylinder releases the bag, and a single packaging cycle is completed automatically.
