Dry Mix Mortar Mixer

The dry mix mortar mixer is the core main equipment of the dry mix mortar production line. The mainstream adopts a twin-shaft gravity-free mixing structure. The two shafts rotate reversely and the paddles throw materials alternately to form a suspended fluidized mixing state, which completely eliminates mixing dead angles and realizes rapid and uniform fusion of heavy and light materials such as sand, cement, rubber powder and cellulose. The mixer cylinder is made of thickened wear-resistant steel plate with detachable wear-resistant lining plates inside, featuring strong wear resistance and long service life; it is equipped with a special sealed dust-proof structure to prevent dust leakage.
